Project Brief:
Our client in this case study was an international forex broker that reached out to us looking for help with lead generation across International markets.
Strategy
We implemented a number of digital marketing techniques to help our forex broker client to generate leads and maximize ROI. Due to the B2C nature of the business, we put a focus on Google Ads advertising networks (Search Ads, Gmails Ads and Displays ads). Also, we utilized organic posting for outreach campaigns as well as supporting this with our SEO focused content creation. Our dedicated team helped the client to redevelop the user journey on their site by creating a solid conversion optimization checklist & by analysing customer consumption of the site with heatmaps and recording software tools. Our international focus allowed us to target different demographics effectively, with our middle eastern experience being especially useful when targeting this very unique market.


Results
The client saw a huge boost in the number of new business leads they got over the 6 month period we worked with them. They saw a 35% increase in conversions through the website from Europe, an 83% increase from South Africa and a 58% increase from the Middle East.
